		<description>We totally agree on watching over our most vulnerable children. We have to give kids from all economic backgrounds, race, color or religious affliation the same chance to succeed. What you are born into cannot dictate your entire life. People who have not been in the schools at the end of the year do not realize that at the end of school year---many kids start to act up as they feel great anxiety about not having that one stable place to be and that is school---so they act often in the wrong manner.
I think it is important to also realize education prior to kindergarten is and alway should be of outmost importance----really from birth on. The value of pre-school or Head Start Programs that are run well
is immeasurable---
